I'm Jane Powell, and I'm an Advanced Clinical Duopody Reflexology Practitioner and trained to the highest level in the UK – Level 5. I am also a teacher of reflexology and have 11 years clinical practise experience and keep up to date with professional development. I offer bespoke reflexology treatments to people of all ages and stages of life. I specialise in Duopody targeted treatments for chronic pain management, and stress reduction.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that encourages the body to activate its own healing capacity. I enjoy working with clients to support health and wellbeing and to ultimately age well!
I run my clinical practise from my reflexology garden lodge at my home in Wenvoe, Cardiff; a rural village, just 5 minutes from Culverhouse Cross. I offer a lovely, safe, tranquil, and therapeutic space in which to receive your reflexology treatments.
There is plenty of parking available outside the house, and Wenvoe is easily accessible from Cardiff, Barry, Sully, Penarth, Leckwith and the Vale of Glamorgan.
If you would prefer to receive treatments in the comfort of your own home, then I offer a mobile service as well.
